Funktionen

This machine shoots the steel grit onto the surface of the roll at high speed by impeller head so that the grinding working face of the roll becomes uniform roughness. The blaster is directly connected with the motor. The movement speed of the shot blasting device, the shot blasting speed and the roll rotation speed are adjustable; the size and amount of blasting shot get accurately controlled. The filter cartridge is installed with back purging device for dust removal. Featuring easy but safe operation, the machine has reliable and efficient performance, and is environment friendly. It is equipped with PLC for control, which enables controllable roughness after texturing. It suits for roughening the roll surface in metallurgical rolling mill and skin-pass mill.
