Funktionen

As important consumable parts of rolling mill and skinpass mill, the functions is to make the metal rolling material plastic deformation, there are work roll, intermediate roll, backup rolls, etc. The fabrication processes of the mill roll include forging, rough machining, conditioning, non-destructive inspection, finishing machining, quenching and grinding, thus the mill rolls have the characteristics of high surface hardness, excellent wear and heat resistance, and high accuracy; the crown surface profile of the mill roll is machined by precision CNC roll grinder. Thanks to deep quenching, the mill rolls can be reused after regrinding until to the limit size. The mill rolls are used for cold rolling, hot rolling mill and skinpass mill of metallurgical black or non-ferrous metal.
