Funktionen
The Laserschweißmaschine is integrated with optical, mechanical, electrical, automation and other functions, and welds the strip tail of previous coil with the head of next coil by taking the high energy density laser beam as its heat source. It is composed of laser generator and transmission system, welding machine proper, double cut shear, entry and exit centering device and looper, notcher, hydraulic and pneumatic and cooling devices, electrical control systems, etc. The welding automatic operation system controls automatically in the welding pressure, welding speed and strip centering, shearing, butting and welding process. It has the advantages of stable welding quality, uniform weld microstructure, efficient and energy saving, high production efficiency, easy operation and maintenance. It adopts two kinds of high energy density light sources, i.e. high-power solid (fiber) laser and high-power gas (CO2) laser; the welding process parameters can be called or adjusted automatically or manually; two type of machines are available: fully automatic or semi-automatic. It is widely applied in continuous pickling, PLTCM, tandem mill, galvanizing, continuous annealing, recoiling, skinpass mill, degreasing, annealing and pickling and other strip processing lines in the metallurgical industry.
