Funktionen
The stabilizing roll is used for stabilizing the strip coming out of the zinc pot so as to prevent the strip fluttering during the production process. The roll body is made of heat-resistant stainless steel or high-temperature resistant alloy steel, and fabricated through centrifugal casting; it features excellent corrosion resistance and molten zinc drenching resistance. The whole solution heat treatment strengthens its hardness and stability; the roll barrel stands out for its high strength, high hardness, sound temperature resistance and wear resistance, as well as good galvanization stability, durability. It is suitable for the metal strip processing in cold rolling and galvanizing line, and it adapts to working under the high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environment.
